Grouping pertaining to Luftwaffe Ritterkreuzträger Leutnant Helmut Fickel, Fickel, along with Paul Dose, was one of Hans-Ulrich Rudel's adjutants and was awarded the Ritterkreuz on 9 June 1944 as Leutnant and Staffelführer of the Stabsstaffel of the III./Schlachtgeschwader 2 "Immelmann", included with the group is Fickel's DKiG award document, document for award of Ehrenpokal, large promotion document for Fickel to rank of Leutnant, award documents for Frontflugspange für Kampfflieger in gold (signed by RKT Oberst Dr Ernst Küpfer) and gold with pendant, award documents for EKII and EKI, also included is a typed Personalnachweis with information about Fickel's family and military career, this includes a photo of Fickel as senior NCO wearing Luftwaffe Fliegerbluse, in addition there are four clear photos of Fickel on the occasion of being awarded the RK by Rudel plus another Rudel portrait photo (wearing EL&S) with an inscription and his signature, finally there is a postwar photo of Fickel wearing RK with his signature, all items are in fine condition, large documents have been folded, certain documents are slightly yellowed from age, please inquire to info@virtualgrenadier.com for additional detailed photos and additional information, USD $9,500, price without photos USD $7500 WITHDRAWN
