Italian manufacture Luftwaffe EM M43 cap, interesting cap having an extra long visor and being made of thin ribbed blue grey wool and lined in dark blue rayon with HBT weave, cap has a full machine installed dark brown leatherette sweatband, a paper tag with size 59 is attached to the lining, two blue pained wooden button are used at the front, side loops are of flat grey cotton, the separate national emblem and rosette are machine embroidered on blue grey wool and are factory straight machine stitched to the cap's front, it seems unlikely that the cap was worn as it shows only light age, however the leatherette sweatband is cracked and flaking in several places and has four tears (but no sections are actually missing), don't recall ever having seen another, USD $1800 SOLD
