Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern camouflaged Panzer wrap in drillich material, standard issue SS contract garment conforming to the cut and proportions as found with SS Panzer wraps and having the one piece back, the short waist and the smaller lapels, constructed of drillich fabric vividly printed on one side in the distinctive 'dot' pattern, wrap has one inner chest pocket with the camouflage side facing inwards, the closure tabs and waist drawstring tunnels are of matching camouflaged fabric, the waist tie tapes have an HBT weave, the tab closure buttons are of horn and each has a chip, the large front closure buttons are of darkened dished steel, this wrap is set up for wear with slip on shoulder straps and have painted pebbled metal buttons, the shoulder strap bridles are of what looks to be oakleaf smock type fabric, these appear to be made by hand and are well executed, the collar has the painted steel hook and eye installed, the collar reverse has a wavy line of bias reinforcement stitching and there is a hanging loop at the inner neck, as normal, cuffs are not adjustable but are plainly hemmed, wrap has the keyhole type buttonholes throughout and a couple of these on the inner front closure show a bit of wear from use, as is sometimes the case with these types it is not possible to discern markings, there are no holes, repairs or other damage, a very rare and desirable wrap seldom found on offer, please inquire to info@virtualgrenadier.com for additional detailed photos, USD $14,250 SOLD
