Early second type plane tree Waffen-SS helmet cover, spectacular and bright example in a desirable pattern showing minor wear and damage, larger size stamped 2 and photographed on a size 66 shell (not included), hand screened plane tree 5/6 pattern with spring pattern reversible to autumn, typical plum colored darkened anodized aluminum rocker clips have some wear to the finish, cover itself also with light wear, with a couple of picks here and there plus some small holes to the right front visor area, foliage loops and spring covers look to be of the same material, the lower visor cover panel looks to be of oakleaf material, panels assembled with single and double needle machines, very nice, USD $9750 SOLD
