Pre war overcoat for a Heer Sanitäter NCO, slightly modified for wear by a senior NCO, dark green badge cloth shoulder straps have been sewn in and the bridles removed, the straps have wool piping and machine applied metallic NCO tresse, the lower panels are of stone grey wool and at one time the straps had embroidered the numerals 4 bu these have been picked out, additionally, a single rank pip has been removed from each strap, there is a high quality bordered Sani specialty patch hand sewn to the right lower sleeve, the coat was further modified through the addition of an elaborate brown leather sword/dagger hanger with addition of slit for hangers under the pocket flap, otherwise, coat is unaltered with dark green badge cloth collar, brass hook and eye and full complement of painted steel pebbled buttons and horn buttons at the rear skirt, coat is well marked to a Hannover maker and includes size stampings and what looks to be E35 depot, garment has a few minor stains to the lining near the dagger hanger but is otherwise without damage of any kind, USD $795 NEW PRICE
