Perfect unissued second type Heer piped collar black Panzer wrap for an EM, garment body made of dense high quality black wool, lined and with pockets, belt hook support straps, tie tunnels and buttoning tabs of ribbed grey colored cotton, black tie tapes have an HBT weave, with large maker stamp inside the left pocket H. Drewe & Sohn, with size stamping and B38 depot mark in black ink, with four large black composite doughnut shaped buttons at the front closure and having smaller black composite buttons for closure of lapel, for fastening button tabs and a pair for each cuff, all buttons remain and are originally and tightly sewn, cuff lining components are of grey and black ribbed cotton, with an black painted steel hook and eye at the throat, the large collar is piped in bright rosa colored wool, the Panzer collar patches are piped in the same material and each is factory machine applied to the collar, each skull has an aluminum Totenkopf with flat aluminum prongs which penetrate the collar, the early first type woven Panzer national emblem is originally hand sews as is proper, the factory installed shoulder straps also have the same rosa colored wool piping and are originally machine sewn down, the painted pebbled steel shoulder strap buttons were never installed (and wraps of this type are seen worn without buttons in period photos), the lower left inner panel still has a couple of threads from the former paper issue tag, wrap is as bright and as perfect as the day it was made, wrap is absent wear, soiling, insect damage or alteration, the best we have had the pleasure to handle, USD $8750 SOLD
