VirtualGrenadier is a non-political informational and commercial web site devoted to documenting the appearance of the German soldier 1939-1945 through the use of period photographs, by showcasing examples from private collections, and by offering original examples for sale. The site is intended for use by researchers, archivists and collectors of historical military memorabilia. This site carries no affiliation whatsoever with any political ideology. Reichsarbeitsdeinst DAOV standard for the Deutsche Arbeitstopferversorgung e.V, Ortsgruppe Augsburg- Haunstetten, double sided with white chain stitched machine embroidered symbols and lettering on black cotton discs, discs with borders of white linen, flag body is of red colored bunting, three edges with silver fringe, flag body measures 144x122cm (4x4.5ft), flag with light age but with a couple of dozen small holes, none measuring more than 1cm in diameter, the seven silver mounting rings have been removed, nice, USD $650 SOLD
