Excellent and desirable set of reversible Heer Splittertarn winter suit, hood, two sets of mittens and pair of winter boots, padded jacket, trousers, hood and mittens printed on one side in splinter camouflage with the reverse side being white, coat with built in hood, knotted neck cord, and waist tie tape, each side with two flapped and buttoned hip pockets, front closures with wind flaps, with tie tapes at the waist, camouflage side has field grey painted pebbled steel buttons, the buttons on the white side are painted white, each upper outer sleeve has a pressed paper button for the application of identification bands, garment is stamped in black ink with RBNr and size I, accompanying over trousers have built in adjustable braces of white cotton and camouflage material, the white side of the wind flap is stamped with RBNr and size II, there are two flapped hip pockets and these are closed with pressed dished steel buttons, the remaining button are field grey pebbled steel, the leg ends have ties of HBT textured tape, the matching hood has ear openings with felt inserts and full length grey HBT tie taps, the two pairs of mittens are each connected with white cords and each mitten is stamped with RBNr, the matched felt and leather winter boots have stacked leather heels and soles with cleats and toe/heel caps of leather, each is embossed 30 over 8 on the soles, the think felt upper portions have fulls of off white woven fabric with RBNRs stamped on the reverse, each boot with black leather strap and buckle at the top rear, entire set is in excellent condition, the white side of the jacket shows the most age yellowing, no tears, holes or repairs are noted, there are a few tiny scuffs the the boots' black leather finish, complete ensemble in the harder to find splinter pattern, USD $3925 SOLD
