Pre war decorated service blouse for an Unteroffizier in Heer Artillerie-Regiment 51, made of high quality trikot wool and lined in light grey polished cotton, with integral waist belt and provision for wear with sword, blouse has two upper pleated patch pockets and two lower slash pockets, front closure is piped in red wool, padded metallic silver litzen collar patches are machine sewn to red wool bases which are then in turn hand sewn to the stand and fall dark green collar, the upper edges of the collar have hand applied metallic rank tresse, the sewn in shoulder boards are piped in red wool, each has the numerals 51 chain stitched and machine applied metallic NCO tresse, the shoulder board buttons have the numeral 2, the national emblem is woven flatwire on dark grey backing and is originally hand sewn, buttons are the finished silver type, the pocket buttons are the smaller type, the blouse is very clean, one button has been re-sewn, one section of the internal waist belt has been restitched, the lining is a bit yellowed, there is a pinhead sized moth hold below the lowest front closure button, there is a small pick below the left lower pocket flap, USD $850 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
