Superb SS M35 double decal helmet, named service used example, ET64 stamped shell, lot number 4370, having aluminum liner bands, pins and washers are complete and undisturbed, full leather chinstrap has aluminum button and buckle and the tip has been slightly trimmed, the undamaged leather is stamped size 57 and has the former owner's name penned to it: Lichter, the liner drawstring remains, the smooth factory grey green paint shows light wear and has some minor scratches, chips and scuffs, most of the paint wear is to the very top and to the rim, at these points areas of the darkened base steel may be seen, overall paint coverage is estimated at 90%+, the ET pattern runic decal shows fine cracks and is age toned, the party decal has the same age cracking, both decals are almost 100% intact, fantastic example, USD $25,000 SOLD
