Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern camouflaged Panzer wrap in drillich material, standard issue SS contract garment conforming to the cut and proportions as found with SS Panzer wraps and having the one piece back, the short waist and the smaller lapels, constructed of drillich fabric vividly printed on one side in the distinctive 'dot' pattern, the printing registry flaw may be observed on the left collar tip and in spots on the right sleeve, wrap has one inner chest pocket with the camouflage side facing outwards, the closure tabs and waist drawstring tunnels are of matching camouflaged fabric, the grey colored waist tie tapes have an HBT weave, the tab closure buttons are of black plastic, the front closure and lapel buttons are larger sized black plastic of a type commonly seen on SS garments, the collar has a black painted steel hook and eye, the collar reverse has a wavy line of bias reinforcement stitching and there is a hanging loop at the rear inner neck, as normal, cuffs are not adjustable but are plainly hemmed, wrap has elliptical shaped buttonholes of green thread throughout, the faint stampings in purple ink can just be discerned on the upper inner right facing panel, no sleeve eagle or shoulder strap bridles were installed on this example, there are two lines of abrading at the upper back but these are no particularly noticeable, otherwise there is little sign of wear and condition would rate as excellent, please inquire to info@virtualgrenadier.com for additional detailed photos, USD $12,500 SOLD
