Excellent Waffen-SS M40 EM overseas cap, body assembled from mid war quality field grey wool, lined in ribbed black cotton and with faint stampings in white ink, large size 59, having the classic 'Schiffchen' shape with the false piping as ordinarily found with Waffen-SS overseas caps, having originally factory applied insignia, eagle is hand sewn while the skull is machine zig zag sewn, condition of the cap is excellent, there are no tears, repairs or other damage and the cap shows an overall even age toning, beautiful example, USD $3750 SOLD
