Late issue Waffen-SS M43 service blouse, of the type brought back from the Dachau KZL SS-Bekleidungswerke by American service personnel, this late war garment is constructed from coarse rough wool and has four pleated patch pockets and split cuffs, with belt hook support straps and lining of light grey colored rayon having an HBT weave and with additional lining components of a flat textured dark grey colored cotton often found in SS garments and headgear, the lining portion that had the issue stamps looks to have been replaced or covered with a rectangular section of lining material that has been hand sewn into place, the painted pebbled buttons match and look to be originally sewn, the cuff and bandage pocket buttons are dished steel and all are still present, the blouse is set up for use with slip on shoulder straps, the collar has never had insignia applied, the somewhat discolored machine embroidered RZM style national emblem is factory zig zag sewn, there is some abrading to the cotton lining materials, garment's external surfaces are unworn and undamaged, with numerous dangling construction threads and likely unworn, USD $4500
