Heer M40 cap for a Nachschub EM manufactured by the firm of F. Weissbach, Glauchau, first pattern, large cap stamped size 61 and with maker information and E 41. date, cap body constructed of ribbed olive colored cotton, with deep red full cotton liner, with two enameled grommets per side, the woven tropical pattern Heer national emblem and rosette are applied in the fashion typical for this firm, the national emblem is factory machine zig zag stitched and the rosette is straight machine stitched, the branch of service color soutache is straight machine stitched, cap is in perfect unissued condition and still has a few dangling construction threads, one of the rarer branch of service colors, please inquire to info@virtualgrenadier.com for additional information and photos, USD $7250 SOLD
