Antrag 25 Panzer Assault Badge in Bronze request, A5 preprinted form, typed details, pencil signed by Leutnant, 6. 25 Panzer Assault Badge in Bronze, A5 preprinted form, typed details, unit stamped, ink signature by Hauptmann, 7.
