Unissued M40 tropical cap for a Heer Sanitäter, early type made of olive colored cotton twill and with the red flat cotton liner, it is stamped with the Greiling & Co./Felina Frankfurt maker marking and size 54, each side of the cap has two enameled ventilation grommets, the tropical pattern national emblem and rosette are straight machine stitched, with the national emblem being sewn in the 'zip and flip' style and with the lower portions also being straight machine stitched, the cornflower blue colored soutache is factory machine straight stitched to the cap's front, the soutache ends are sewn into the seam between the cap and brim, unused condition and without liabilities, USD $5400 SOLD
