Comprehensive set of rare uniform removed insignia pertaining to a single Luftwaffe Hermann Göring Div. officer, includes a seldom encountered officer's sleeve band having aluminum wire embroidery on a dark blue colored felt field, with metallic silver wire borders and measuring 32cm in length, showing use, having some separations to the base fabric and with lengths of original attachment thread, also included are three sets of collar patches, one pair for the rank of Hauptmann and two pairs for an Oberleutnant, all have aluminum wire hand embroidery on white wool with buckram backing, one set lacks the metallic border piping, all exhibit wear and traces of uniform attachment, the three sets of shoulder boards have bright aluminum cords on white wool, there are two pairs of sewn in boards, one for the rank of Hauptmann and another pair with rank of Oberleutnant with gilt numeral 4s, in addition, there is one set of slip on boards for a Leutnant, all boards also show traces of service use, finally there is a pair of hand embroidered national emblems rendered in aluminum wires, one on issue wool and the other on ribbed trikot wool, these to were plainly removed from uniforms, an attractive and appealing assembly, USD $3500
