Heer M42 style service blouse for a Heer Panzergrenadier EM, in the M42 cut with scalloped pocket flaps but produced in 1944, the inner lining panel is stamped in black ink with RBNr over sizes and F.44 depot, lining panels and bandage pocket are of grey colored rayon, having four webbed belt hook support straps with four field grey steel painted belt hooks, the collar liner, bandage pockets and cuff buttons are glass, all remain and are originally sewn, the pebbled blue painted steel buttons match and are originally stitched, the blouse itself is made of roughly textured later quality wool, the collar has a black painted steel hook and eye at the throat, with six button front closure, four unpleased pockets and adjustable cuffs, the machine woven insignia is factory machine stitched, the subdued collar litzen and straight stitched, the subdued national emblem was applied with broad machine zig zag sewing, included are an appealing matched pair of slip on shoulder straps that closely match, these have rayon tongue reinforcement and synthetic piping, with the upper edge of the pocket sewn over the lower wreath, blouse was service used and there are some slight external signs of wear and some staining to the lining, USD $2850 SOLD
