Appealing service used Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern camouflaged service blouse, this example was set up for wear with slip on shoulder straps through the addition of bridles fashioned from web material and machine stitched into place, having a machine embroidered sleeve eagle straight machine stitched, camouflage pattern was printed on smooth Olona cotton, worn open collared, with steel hook and eye at the neck and four patch pockets, the cuffs were taken in slightly via hand stitching, with neck loop, bandage pocket, armpit lining and belt hook support straps of light tan colored flat cotton, the bandage pocket button is of grey green colored glass, all buttons are painted pebbled steel, a few look to have been wartime resewn, inner right pocket area stamped with RBNr and size markings, with light fading and age, the collar edge is abraded where it contacted the neck, there is a small tear to the right lower cuff and a few other odd picks to the fabric here and there, a pleasing and attractive example, USD $6600 HOLD
