Luftwaffe M42 single decal helmet, shell appears to have whitewash applied at one time which was subsequently removed, traces of white remain in crevices and scratches and the rough textured surface shows fine white spotting to high points, there are a few gouges to the upper dome but approximately 90% or more of the factory blue grey is left, liner pins have lost most of their paint, the Luftwaffe decal has a ding to the left wingtip, shell is stamped ET64, lot number 1520, with steel liner bands, pins have their washers and all have a little play, worn and chafed leather still has its drawstring, full length chinstrap is dry and the very tip has been reattached, USD $1450
