VirtualGrenadier is a non-political informational and commercial web site devoted to documenting the appearance of the German soldier 1939-1945 through the use of period photographs, by showcasing examples from private collections, and by offering original examples for sale. The site is intended for use by researchers, archivists and collectors of historical military memorabilia. This site carries no affiliation whatsoever with any political ideology. Any visitor to this site does so with the understanding that it is strictly for the purposes of historical collecting and research as stated above.

Heer M43 service blouse in gabardine fabric for a Panzergernadier EM, with a black painted steel hook and eye to secure collar, six button front, four unpleased patch pockets, adjustable cuffs are rear vented skirt, lining is of slightly varying shades of grey colored rayon, in certain sections having a goldish hue, the raw edges of skirt and cuffs are edged in the same lining material, the lining is stamped in black ink with RBNr, sizes (chest size 96) and M/44 depot mark, with four webbed belt hook support straps, collar liner and bandage pocket are of natural colored pressed paper, cuff buttons are grey colored glass, the blue painted pebbled buttons match, all buttons are present and originally sewn, the subdued Litzen collar patches are factory straight machine stitched, the machine embroidered national emblem is factory zig zag machine stitched through the lining, included are a matched pair of late pattern slip on shoulder straps having synthetic piping, it is likely that this example was never issued or worn but the sleeves and lower right skirt show what is believed to be staining from dirt, sleeve lining edges also show the same discoloring, no attempt has been made to test or clean the stains, rather more difficult to find in this configuration, USD $2750
