VirtualGrenadier is a non-political informational and commercial web site devoted to documenting the appearance of the German soldier 1939-1945 through the use of period photographs, by showcasing examples from private collections, and by offering original examples for sale. The site is intended for use by researchers, archivists and collectors of historical military memorabilia. This site carries no affiliation whatsoever with any political ideology. Single uniform removed collar patch and shoulder board for a Luftwaffe Felddivision Oberleutnant, collar patch has aluminum wire embroidery on badge cloth, buckram backing, and twisted aluminum cord edging, it still has a few blue grey colored cotton attachment threads, the shoulder board has bright silver metallic tops on a badge cloth base, there is a single gilt washed rank pip, the end sewn into the shoulder seam is brighter, shows stitch holes, etc., USD $190
