Crisp Luftschutz civic helmet, blue painted with rolled edge and two groups of seven 'salt and pepper' ventilation holes, the brown leather liner is stamped size 57 and has a corded drawstring, the liner itself is machine sewn to a composite liner band, the liner system is fastened to the helmet with four pins and is cushioned with rectangular sections of cork, a separate liner pad covered in brown colored leather covers the inner dome, the black leather chinstrap is riveted to the liner band, it has a black painted steel roller buckle and a spring clip, externally the paint is quite fresh and the decal is almost completely intact, superior example, USD $800
