VirtualGrenadier is a non-political informational and commercial web site devoted to documenting the appearance of the German soldier 1939-1945 through the use of period photographs, by showcasing examples from private collections, and by offering original examples for sale. The site is intended for use by researchers, archivists and collectors of historical military memorabilia. This site carries no affiliation whatsoever with any political ideology. Service used Heer tropical service straight legged trousers, made of olive colored cotton twill, lined at the waist and with pocket bags of ribbed white cotton, inner waistband size and depot stampings are faded, complete with internal web belt and buckle retaining most of its olive colored painted finish, with two hip pockets, watch pocket and one buttoned rear pocket, all steel dish buttons are still present and originally sewn, with reinforced hem to trouser cuffs, with a gentle degree of wear and fading, nice and clean, USD $850
